I have been working so hard the past couple weeks on Speedhunters that I haven't much time to post anything here. Don't worry, this blog is not going anywhere. It's just a little hard to work all day on SH and then come back and write much more here without going crazy.
I know some of you guys miss the content from Auto Otaku in comparison to Speedhunters, but if there is something you'd like to see on SH, let me know. The readers of Auto Otaku are a big part of the SH audience so we want to do everything we can to keep things interesting for you guys.
As for Auto Otaku, I am thinking about merging this blog with my personal Route294 blog (which I haven't had time to update either). I have plenty of non-car related photos from Japan to post and at least that will make for some new content for Auto Otaku. Of course there will be car content also as I plan to post stuff that we didn't have room for on Speedhunters.
With that said, I have uploaded all the photos from last month's OLD/NOW Car Festival at Tsukuba Circuit. If you want to read about the event, you can check my Speedhunters post right here .

Hallelujah! Auto Otaku is alive!
I think that you should definitely merge the blogs, since there's no point in running two of them when you don't really have time to update both. Also, what your posts on Speedhunters miss most are the huge and amazing galleries which surprise me with their awesomeness over and over again. There are, of course, other small things that are missing, but they are minor and don't matter that much. One last request (if you don't mind) is more pics of Time Attack events and specifically Evos that participate in them. I need that to please all of the folks on the EvoM forums in the "TA Evo thread" and you are my best (and pretty much only good) source.

WOOT! I'm so glad Auto Otaku is still alive! Merging is a good idea, and I think we all understand how hard it is for you with so much work on hand! I appreciate your efforts a lot!
